The local music industry has taken a hard hit from the COVID-19 public health crisis, forcing the majority, if not all, our means of living to an abrupt stop. During these times, we wish to extend some help to Filipino musicians who may reap something helpful out of this unimaginable and unprecedented situation to develop or build your basic marketing strategy.

Whether it’s knowing the basic guidelines of how to market your music, essentials like electronic press kits (EPK), what to include and how to write your press release (or what requires PR), basic branding 101, online promotions (from social media to website development — if we can do it with no extensive coding background, you can, too), and even just assessment and consultation, we’ll do our best to help.

We’ve already rolled this out and we’re implementing this on a first-come, first-served per-artist basis. Expect us to get in touch via email and Telegram (the latter to help us be more informed about your needs).

This initiative is free and will be initially offered to 10 Filipino musicians at a time. Kindly fill out this form and we’ll be in touch. We will adjust once we’re able to attend to the first 10 and will continue to accommodate the next batch until we all get back on our feet.

Until then, let us all continue to do our part and practice stringent hand-washing (for at least 20 seconds), social distancing, and refrain from going out except when extremely necessary. Only share credible, verified information from authorities and if you have any health concerns, consult with your primary healthcare provider by phone or get in touch with the national COVID-19 hotline at (02) 894-COVID (26843) and for PLDT, Smart, Sun, and TNT subscribers, dial 1555.

Stay safe and vigilant and let’s continue to look out for each other safely and responsibly.
